1. Service

Thurn provides a web service to send physical letters internationally. We receive your letter content and recipient address, generate a formatted letter, and submit it for printing and mailing via a third-party fulfillment partner.

2. No account required

You do not need to create an account. Each order is identified by a unique tracking code sent to you via email (if provided).

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and include printing, envelope, and postage. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are final and include applicable charges.

4. Delivery

Letters are dispatched the same evening for orders placed before 8 PM CET. Delivery times depend on the destination postal service and are typically 1-3 days (Germany) or 3-7 days (international). We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Refunds

If your letter has not yet been dispatched, we can issue a full refund. Once dispatched, refunds are not possible as the letter has entered the postal system. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

6. Prohibited content

You may not use Thurn to send:

• Threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
• Content that violates applicable law
• Spam or unsolicited bulk mail
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing prohibited content.

7. Limitation of liability

Thurn acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services or our fulfillment partner. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the operator's domicile in Switzerland.
